The French version prevails.

Audience measurement: if you accept it, we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd) to count visits and page views. Cookies are then set for 13 months at most; without your consent, nothing is loaded. You can change your mind at any time with the "Cookies" link at the bottom of every page.

City search: on the "Procedures by city" page, what you type (town name or postcode) is sent from your browser to the State's Geo API (geo.api.gouv.fr) to suggest towns. When you choose a town, its official code (INSEE), its postcode and its name are requested from chatadmin.fr to display its services; no personal data is stored.

Waiting list: the email address you enter, your language and, if you chose one, the procedure you are interested in are used only to tell you when chatadmin opens. It is neither sold nor shared. To have it deleted, reply to our email or write to the address given in the legal notice.

"My benefits" page: the answers to the questionnaire (situation, children, housing, income, town) are sent from your browser to the public OpenFisca France calculator, and the postcode to geo.api.gouv.fr to find the town. We do not receive them and do not keep them.

Questions without an account: ready-made answers are displayed without anything being sent. For another question, its text is passed to the language model provider to produce the answer; it is not linked to any account.

Internal statistics: the site counts, without cookies or IP addresses and without asking you anything, page views, the country inferred from your time zone, the referring site, the device type and clicks to the app. These anonymous figures help us improve the guides; they cannot identify you.

The ChatAdmin service

What we keep: your email address and your account; your answers to the questionnaire (language, situation, residence permit and its expiry date, postcode); your plan and your deadlines; the history of your conversations with the assistant; the log of the procedures done for you, with screenshots of the steps; the documents you upload to "My documents".

Why: to build your plan, carry out the procedures you ask for, remind you of deadlines and show you what has been done. Legal basis: performance of the service you requested.

Your documents are encrypted on our servers (AES-256-GCM) and are used only for the procedures you start. Your passwords for the official websites are never passed to us: you log in yourself, in your browser.

Providers: hosting on a virtual private server (Hostinger International Ltd); payment by Stripe, which alone processes your card data; a language model provider, called by our gateway, processes the text of conversations to produce the answers.

Retention: as long as your account is open. On simple request, we delete your account, your data and your documents, except the invoices that the law requires us to keep for 10 years.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection. Write to us at the address in the legal notice. You can also contact the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Chrome extension

During a procedure you start, the ChatAdmin extension sees the tab you entrust to it: screenshots, page text, address and title. It can also see the title and site of your other open tabs (never those of a private window), the names of the files in your personal folder and the first lines of a document in order to pick the right one. This information is sent to our servers and to our language model provider to do the procedure, and kept in the procedure log (see "What we keep"). We do not sell it and do not use it for anything else.

Your "My file" (name, address, numbers, file paths) stays on your computer. A value leaves it only if you have authorised it during the procedure, to write an email: it is then used for sending and is not kept. Typed into a form, it goes only to the page, and may be visible in the screenshots that follow.

The extension reads a single cookie: your ChatAdmin session. It never types a password, reads only your personal folder (no hidden folders or system folders) and detaches from the tab at the end of the procedure. The server sees the IP address of your connections.

The use of information received by the ChatAdmin extension complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
