1. The service

ChatAdmin is an assistant that carries out administrative procedures online, at your request and under your control, in your own browser (Chrome extension). ChatAdmin is not a State service; the procedures remain free on the official websites. You log in to the organisations' websites yourself and approve every submission.

2. Price

During the invitation-only phase, ChatAdmin is free. Usage-based billing is planned: its prices will be published on this page before they take effect, and you will be charged nothing without your agreement.

3. Responsibilities

ChatAdmin acts on your instructions and asks for your approval before any irreversible action (submission, signature, payment, cancellation). You remain responsible for the information passed to the organisations. ChatAdmin does not guarantee an organisation's decision or its deadlines.

5. Disputes

French law applies. In case of a dispute, you may use the consumer mediator free of charge (contact details given in the legal notice) or the European online dispute resolution platform.
